Soil Temperature Dashboard

An R Shiny for calculating soil temperature based on 1-D thermal conduction with constant temperature at the bottom depth of the soil column and a sinusoidal boundary condition at the air-soil interface. Atmospheric temperature fluctuation is assumed to follow a sinusoidal curve on both a daily and yearly basis. The thermal diffusivity of the soil, soil depth, and bottom temperature can be varied.
